In this program, we visit Bungeisha Publishing Co. and talk with chief editor Michio Katayama about his thoughts on the editorial process involved in this project. Painter and illustrator for the book, Katsuyuki Fujii, also joins us for the discussion. Both share with us about the struggles involved in getting a book published.

TITLE:  Prayer and Healing at Yasugatake Chapel

This week we visit a chapel that was recently completed at the Yatsugatake Central Plateau area of Nagano Prefecture, a resort area called the Hara-mura Pension Village. The chapel was constructed as a retreat and prayer center, as well as a counseling facility. Made of all natural materials, it's admired by the locals and by an unending stream of visitors. In this program we talked with chapel pastor Eric Froyland and his wife about why they wanted to build this kind of facility.
