  In 1976, Chū Kosaka left the popular music scene and began walking down a new path as a pastor and Gospel music singer. Included in that was the establishment of his own Gospel music record label, Michtam Records. Now, after 25 years, this music leader, held in high esteem by numerous young musicians, has completed a new recording with the help of well-known producer Haruomi Hoshino. On this program, we talk with him about the making of the new album and about some of his recent activities. His CD, People, and a new single, "Let Me Hear Your Dream" (Yume wo Kikasete), can be purchased at regular secular music outlets.

 Growing up in a family with a Jewish mother and a Catholic father, Donald Meecha had been under the impression that Jews were people who didn't really believe in a Messiah. However, at the age of 17, Meecha himself believed in Jesus as his Messiah. Currently serving as pastor of Beth El Shaddai Messianic Fellowship in suburban Los Angeles, he's also active in a local chapter of a Jewish evangelism organization, Chosen People Ministries. In this program, we ask him about what faith means to a Jew that believes in Jesus.

This led him to make the acquaintance of a home helper sent by the city social services, Ms. Mitsuko Kikuchi. Within a few months, Isetani had moved from a sense that religion was something that was not to be trusted, to becoming a regular worshipper at the church Ms. Kikuchi attended.   This is the first of a series featuring highlights from Harvest Time's 29th Holy Land Tour in March of this year. First, we look at the seaside city of Caesarea, built during Roman times. Here, some very costly excavation work has been going on lately. As we walk among the ruins, we get a glimpse of day-to-day life in that city's ancient past. We also visit Nazareth, the city where Jesus grew up, and see the cliffs from which the people of the town tried to throw Him after rejecting His messianic claims.
