'Sister Act 2' Choir in Japan!" This summer, the choir that was the model for the U.S. hit movie, "Sister Act 2" came to Japan and put on an energetic performance. The sponsoring organization for this concert tour was the World Culture and Sports Foundation, a group born out of the destruction of the 1992 Los Angeles riots. By sponsoring sporting and cultural events, the organization is able to promote mutual understanding between ethnic groups and people around the world. In this program, we introduce you to this reconciliation movement and look at how it is spreading around the world. |
