In the midst of that pain, it was a high school teacher that gave him the encouragement he needed to go on. In the end, it was music that helped him find the path he would take in life and he currently performs about 80 concerts a year. Last month, Kitada and his wife, Yōko, appeared as guests on the program and this month, we present them in concert. Listen and let their music bring peace to your heart. |

We also visit a popular gift shop and hear an explanation about a couple of Jewish items that are favorites with tourists -- the Menorah lamp stand and the Kippah (or Yarmulke) skullcap worn by observant Jews. |

Keiko Fujita, of Japan Creative Ministries, has taken a hard look at this problem and has been giving her "Life and Sex Education" seminars all over Japan for the past four years. In this program, we take a look at a DVD recently produced in the U.S. called, "The Rules Have Changed!" and discuss the STD problem with Ms. Fujita. |
